TERMS OF SERVICE

This document (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between SavePlan UK Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (referred to as "Supplier" or "Company"), and the subscribing client (referred to as "Client" or "Customer"). By accessing the services provided by the Supplier through the saveplan.co.uk website, including both subscription and one-off payment services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 "Client" refers to the individual or organization entering into this Agreement for the purchase of services from the Supplier.

1.2 "Services" encompass the virtual assistant services, including both subscription-based and one-off payment services, provided by the Supplier.

1.3 "Website" refers to saveplan.co.uk, the online platform through which the Services are offered and accessed.

2. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

2.1 By subscribing to the Services, the Client agrees to pay the specified subscription fees, as outlined in the subscription plan selected during the sign-up process.

2.2 The Supplier reserves the right to modify subscription fees, services, or terms of subscription with notice to the Client. Continued use of the Services following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the changes.

2.3 Subscription fees are automatically deducted on the Client's designated billing day during the subscription period.

2.4 The Client may cancel the subscription at any time, subject to the cancellation policy outlined in Section 3.

3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

3.1 The Client may cancel the subscription at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to office@saveplan.co.uk

3.2 Refunds are at the sole discretion of the Supplier. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to office@saveplan.co.uk within 30 days of the subscription payment.

3.3 The Supplier reserves the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for processing refunds.

4. ONE-OFF PAYMENT SERVICES

4.1 For one-off payment services, the Client agrees to pay the specified fees before the commencement of the service.

4.2 The Supplier reserves the right to refuse or cancel one-off payment services for any reason.

5. PAYMENT AND BILLING

5.1 All payments are processed securely through accepted payment methods, including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, or other payment options as available.

5.2 The Client agrees to provide accurate and current billing information. Failure to do so may result in the suspension of Services.

5.3 Late payments may result in the suspension or termination of Services.

6. TERM AND TERMINATION

6.1 The term of this Agreement commences upon the Client's acceptance of these terms and continues until terminated by either party.

6.2 The Client may terminate the Agreement by cancelling the subscription or discontinuing one-off payment services.

6.3 The Supplier may terminate this Agreement immediately in the event of the Client's breach of any terms outlined herein.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, related to the Services are owned by the Supplier.

7.2 The Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for the duration of the subscription or one-off payment service.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 The Supplier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

8.2 The Supplier's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the Services during the six months preceding the claim.

8.3 The Supplier is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses resulting from the use of the Services, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or any direct or indirect damages.

9. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

9.1 The Supplier agrees to handle all Client data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9.2 The Client consents to the Supplier processing personal data for the purpose of providing the Services.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

10.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

10.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. MISCELLANEOUS

11.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.

11.2 No modification or amendment to this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

By accessing and using the Services provided by SavePlan UK Limited, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
